New photos and videos

Not too much new to report, just a few photos and videos. Here's Clara in a sweatshirt from her Uncle Michael and Aunty Rita. Clara is learning to do a "camera smile" that's very similar to their daughter Sophia's!

Blowing bubbles... Check out the raised eyebrow at 0:21 when she gets the idea to do the "itsy-bitsy spider."

(Liebe Oma, lieber Opa, Clara macht Spuckeblasen. Bei Sekunde 0:21 sieht man an der gehobenen Augenbraue, wie sie sich was neues überlegt, nämlich, daß sie ein Lied singen will - dann macht sie die Handbewegungen dafür)

Playing with Opa during a recent super-short visit.

Clara says "ma" for "Oma." (And "ooh-ma" once or twice.) Tanja is "mama" or "mamamamama" Lately Clara loves climbing up on her chair, looking at a book or toy, climbing down, getting a new toy, climbing up, repeat repeat repeat repeat...

This afternoon the weather was nicer than it's been in a week, and we took advantage of it to visit another park. Before we left Clara tried to speed things up by bringing me my shoes ("Schuhe" in German, and you're supposed to pronounce that last e):

The first time we went out on the grass (a few weeks ago at Schloss Charlottenburg) Clara stepped on a thistle, and since then she's been scared of going on the grass when we go for a picnic. But the grass at the park we visited today was fantastic and soft, and Clara had a great time walking around in it. Here are some photos from our picnic:

Finally, here's a link to a video of Clara walking around at the park today. I'm not embedding it because I don't think that casual Clara-followers will find it all that exciting.

Noch ein video, klicken sie hier (Clara läuft in Park).
