Look at those red cheeks! Just a few days after turning one year old Clara has gotten sick for the first time. She's had slight colds before, and a fever once after a vaccination, but this is the first time she's ran a fever for multiple days. Clara is usually a ray of sunshine, but she hasn't smiled at us in two days. Hopefully we'll get our sweet, smiley, happy little girl back soon. Send hugs!

how's clara feeling?
Clara is a lot better (see new post). The fever seems to be down. But the nights are still trouble! We're thinking that she's in pain somehow, since she keeps waking up, rolling around and complaining all night long. We have a doctor's visit scheduled today anyway, so hopefully we can rule out an ear infection...
Can you tell that it's the first time Clara is sick from how much we fret? ;)
