The kids are staying with Oma. And while we're keeping pretty busy (thanks to work, Chris' crowdfunding project, and our friends), I still miss them.
Last night we skyped briefly with the kids. They were set up nicely in front of the computer, smiling at us... but didn't really say much. Finally, Oscar asked his only question for the whole conversation "Mommy, when are you coming here?" We replied, "On Friday, in two days". Since there was no answer, I asked "Can you wait two days?" to which Clara immediately replied "I can even wait five days!!" and Oscar repeated it ("I can wait five days, too!"), although sounding less convincing somehow. When I later asked "Oscar, what are you doing tomorrow" he replied "Tomorrow I'm going to be sad!" Aww...
Well, only one more day till we're going for a visit.
Oh, and guess what happened while we were at the beach last Saturday?!
